Conveniently close to Aeroball Sports Courts, making it easy to get to the fun games. the room was quiet and super clean; I especially loved the pristine bathroom! 🌟

This is no longer a Comfort Inn, having been sold. It is also under major remodel, waking us up one morning with construction noise right above us. Our bed definitely needs to be replaced. While our room did have holes and patches in readiness for the remodel the maid kept it very clean for us. We would never have stayed here if we had known about the sale and remodel.

Good and easy location to Sportspark.

Fresh made breakfast with a variety of choices was delicious. the rooms were absolutely fantastic and modern, equipped with double beds, a large TV, and a nice bathroom. - I enjoyed great service throughout my stay. - the pool was clean and provided a nice place to relax. - the hotel's location was particularly good and unbeatable, being close to Aeroball Sports Courts.

The tv channels left something to be desired, but we managed to get through the evening with what was there. It is under remodelling, so the tv selection may get better after that.

Not much!

The hotel was under renovation. As a result, the fitness room, a main reason for choosing them was closed. The room they originally put us in was already occupied. Lucky for the occupant (who wasn't in at the time) we are honest because we could have taken anything we wanted as we had a key! Next try was a room that wasn't renovated. Finally a room that was not under construction but which was lacking some furnature and lights. The last straw was on Sunday as we were leaving. We were todl at check in that breakfast started at 6;00. When we got to the breakfast room (also under renovation) at 6;00, it was locked and we were told it opened at 7:00 on Sundays. All in all, one of the worst run motels we have stayed at.

The rooms with double beds were nice and breakfast consisted of freshly cooked meals with a variety of options.

Good price, easy check-in. Reduced price at check-in due to construction.

Was under construction converting to Best Western so the signs were changed and caused confusion when trying to locate the motel. Breakfast was nothing special like I read about in the previous reviews, but that could be because I had to leave before the posted breakfast time.

fairly nice experience there. newly decorated, 3-star hotel with polite staff and free wifi. a microwave oven and a fridge in the room, marvellous and absolutely perfect location. fine bed, fresh breakfast. excellent service throughout. easy check out. located in 30 minutes' drive to the airport.

Unfortunately I didn't enjoy any part o the room or hotel. Worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

When I booked the room, I booked one single king bed. The room I got was a queen. Which by the way the vent were tapped with plastic and plastic was fallen off. When I talked to staff he told me that the hotel does not have a single king bed in any room. I mentioned what I booked on Booked.net and he still stuck to his guns about not having a single king bed. So after disputing false advertisement a few minutes down in the lobby he upgraded the room to a suite. The tub was dirty, the hot side on the fauset was cold and cold was hot. The sheets on the bed had permanent stains spots. Hand soap had looked as if was already used. I have stayed in hotels that ate $25 a night and are way cleaner.

Everything was wonderful at this hotel, outstandingly accommodating staff. the offered breakfast was freshly prepared and included a lot of options.

As someone whose air conditioner was out, I needed a convenient place to stay. Best Western did not disappoint. The staff was friendly, and I appreciated the newspaper delivered each morning. Being able to use my credit card in the vending machines was a nice bonus, as was the spacious room with a clean remote for the big TV that conveniently swiveled for optimal viewing. The pool area was cozy, and having access to 24-hour coffee or cocoa and cookies was a treat. great value for the price.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

my recent stay in tucson was fantastic, and Best Western made it even better! The staff was incredibly helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here again!
